Jessica Raya

Jessica Raya was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León and raised in a state called Querétaro, located in the center of Mexico. Throughout her formative years, she studied at the British institute of Instituto Bilingüe Victoria. As a teenager, she also moved to Canada. Later, she attended Miami Palmetto Senior High School for a while, but graduated from Victoria. From a young age, she has had a great interest in films, however, art of all forms has always inspired her; she is also a painter. By living in different countries and adapting to their cultures from a young age, she has seen what distinct people face all over the world. These experiences have inspired her further to tell stories through film.
